This saves you having you use your own bank account to upgrade or improve your new home. Often these improvements can be completed or scheduled to be completed upon possession of the home or shortly afterwards.
This means you can get the house you want without having to live through the mess of construction and home renovation!
Not all banks offer this program, and there is a small amount of paperwork involved so that the bank can be assured that the improvements you wish to make actually add value to the home rather than make it peculiar.
